Cerro Colón Project


  • The project has been developed as a condominium to guarantee architectural harmony of actual and future buildings, security and proper maintenance of its urban infrastructure and green areas.

    The project has an ample two story high Club House, with a large hall where different activities can be held, a pool with wet bar and two BBQ areas. There are also various children´s playgrounds, a tennis court and a multi-sport court.


    Cerro Colón Condominium is divided into three stages with 81 lots in total, already registered and ready to start building. The third stage will be developed in the future.


    Cerro Colon Condominium is located 400 meters east of the Catholic Church in Ciudad Colón, in the Mora canton, within the San José province, Costa Rica´s most secure district. Only 19 km west of La Sabana park, with easy access to the International Airport and Route 27, only minutes from major shopping and business centers.
